Hi I was looking for some opinions on a matter with my motorcycle. About a year back my shift return spring went out (I believe) and I was told that it was just the internal shift return spring and not a huge deal. The trans shifts up and down through all gears but does not center on its own, it must be tapped up and down. Is there any chance that the whole transmission will need major repair and how much would it cost if anyone has an idea before I take it in?
