ya the bike will not start but it will turn over the gauges all work i just dont have the buzz humm sound i found a fuse box under the left fairing it has five fuse in it but they are all good i pulled them all out and looked at all of them is there a different fuse box on the bike i just charged the batt. if that helps and i tryed to hook it to my car to see if it would jump but it would jumt turn over still with no fire

You may want to check your bank angle sensor. thats the only sensor I know of that will shut the fuel pump off. Its located behind your headlight between your headlight and the fairing stay. I would just make sure its plugged in. I've never heard of them failing for no reason. It usually takes a pretty hard crash to ruin them.
I think there is a fuel pump relay under your seat. you may want to find an online service manual and it should be able to tell you how to check the relays and sensors.

oh yeah, You really shouldnt jump your bike with a car. Your bikes electrical system is a lot lower amperage than what a car puts out. You can easily fry components from doing this. If your battery is dead, I would suggest getting a low amp battery charger.
If you dont have one, I would suggest getting a mulitmeter. A cheap digital one will work just fine. I would start by making sure you have power to the fuse block, then to the relay, then to the pump.

03 cbr 600rr that has no power going to the tank.
It was down and i put a used motor in the bike, got it all ready to go and
it turns over but it wont pump fule. I might be missing a part or something idk but i
think it might be a relay or something, but idk where to look HELP
