Is it actually smoke? aka does it smell like oil or gas burning? Sounds like exhaust condensing in cold air similar to a car on a cold day.

Default smoke

Yep here in Oregon it's the same. Sometimes smoke rings. I think the moisture is in the exhaust pipe.

well its not a lingering smoke like oil smoke but it most certainly smells like gas lol well burnt gas but i only ask about this because i have had many bikes and they never blew smoke on cold starts like this and im thinking it must be condensation and ill keep monitoring my oil levels as well

It's just condensation, on my F3, there is a small hole at the bike end of the can so that water can drop out & sometimes it p*sses out of there on a cold day. You get a smell coming out of the exhaust anyways (spent fuel vapour) But moisture makes it smell that much fouler.
