Wheelie's

RE: Wheelie's
Ok time for daddy to step in and break up the bickering!
It is simple and there have really been some great replies to this conversation. On top of that there are of course some replies that may be a bit harsh, but your a biker right? Your tough and bad ***!! You ride wheelies!! I know you can handle a little ribbing, if not you may want to sell the bike and think about taking up chess.
The idea is we all started somewhere and hell when I was young I wanted to be the baddest wheelie man there was! I thought it was cool and wanted the attention much like it seems you want. All we are doing is giving advice of things to consider while you improve you skills. Gear is the most important thing you can purchase for your bike!! The motto of the group I ride with is "dress for the crash" basically dress as though you are going to crash everytime you go out and you will never have one of those times you look back and say damn I should have been wearing gloves! We like to stunt around.....but do it with care and respect of the road and others. You will gain that respect over time. Very few never gain that respect and I am sure you are not one of those *********!
As for the money part.....hell I worked from the time I was 13 years old! Bought all my toys! Paid my way, much like your doing! But I still lived at home with mom. She covered my rent through college. But the mere fact your working and paying for your toys shows you have respect for money and a work ethic. I like those things...I can respect that. As far as the wanting to stunt for south beach, that is the youth. You'll grow out of it. Not stunting but the way your brain thinks and wanting to stunt without gear in south beach. As for the video's everyone wants....maybe we will catch you on an episode of cops "deep in South Beach"? lol Or maybe not with a cop in the family!
Basically keep a stiff upper lip kid. These members are not A=holes but in fact a more accurate discrpition would be realist's! These guys can be your best friends!! No need to **** them off.
Ride safe............
