Honestly, in a situation like this I would ignore the internet forums and just take it into the shop. If you're that worried about riding around in traffic then I wouldn't screw around playing guessing games. That's all anyone can do on these forums is give you their best edcuated guess as to what could be wrong. You could replace everything listed above and still not solve the problem without someone actually looking at it. I would just take it to a shop and let someone diagnose it.

After months of trying to find what the heck was wrong with my stumbling bike, finally the bike is back to normal. A $2.38 rubber hose inside the fuel tank deteriorated. Therefore, some fuel was escaping back into the fuel tank instead of feeding through to the engine. This obviously brought the fuel pressure down which explains the stumbling, especially when I opened the throttle. Anyway, hope this helps anyone who may have this problem.

Default Fixed my bike

It was actually my regulator. I installed it myself... Runs like new. It also helped out with my bad gas mileage (naturally). Thanks for your help. Congrats to you too!
