check out some of the other local CL sites. It might be a good idea to travel a little way for the right bike.

I look in about a 100 mile radius and ended up getting a great deal about 50 miles away. I am not sure about your area but in the NE most of the f4i's I inquired about were still there and it sounded like they did not have many people looking. I think in my area the RR's are more in demand. But the key to getting what you want at a good price is being patient and looking in a big area so you know a good deal when you see one. The one on Craig's list is still listed so maybe it was not sold. But I think that would be the one I would buy. The other one sounds like it got beat bad and who knows what problems might be lurking.

You're in the same position I am man and I don't know how long it will be now because someone stole my dirtbike. Just be patient. You won't regret taking your time on a purchase like this. It does suck though. I know man. I'm afraid I'll have to go all summer before I get another street bike.

The movistar fairings are ebay fairings. It may or may not be a good bike. Look it over closely. Make sure nothing is broke or bent. Decide if you could stand being seen riding it. And if everything works 3k isn't too bad of a price.

I'd stay away from the one with the extra frame. Chances are he got a new frame because the other one is salvaged. But congrats on staying away from the movistar one.
