Thinking of buying, one of the 2

and the other one is a 2002 and here is the description:
"I have a 2002 honda cbr 600 f4i that has totally been redone. I bought it as a project bike and now my project is done and im off to another one. Any ways, The bike only has 6000 miles on it, the guages say 23000 but they are not the original guages. It has new plastics, subframe, forks, all new wiring harness, brand new vortex sprockets and RK chain. I went one down in the front and 50 in the back. It also has a brand new set of throttle bodies on it with a new feul pressure regulator. It also has a 905 stunt cage on it that is brand new, doesn't even have a scratch on it. The bike runs excellent and i will allow test rides as long as you have the cash in your hand. The only thing that it does need is a windscreen and that is it. I has a DandD exhaust And last but not least I have a whole other set of fairings and a stunt tank that I am throwing in with it. I have most of the receipts for everything that i put on it just so you know that i aint bull-****tin. I have clear texas title in hand for the first one to hand me some cash. "
and the pics of it
I'm still new to the scene, this will be my second bike but i'm just not sure which one is the best deal. I can get both at 3k.

buy the one from the cop. just because the title says 5xxx doesn't mean that that many miles werent put on it. Besides, the red one looks better anyway and it doesnt need a screen. I think you should buy the one from the cop but I also think you should buy the one you like. Just keep in mind that the repsol seems to have been wrecked...

I'd get the stock one from the cop on craigslist. Why you ask, cause the mileage isn't bad for an f4i and it hasn't been "rebuilt". Problem with rebuilds is that you never know who did them, how well they were done, etc etc. Also the one with the cage sounds very much like it's been used as a stunt bike, which means that motors likely been oil starved for a significant amount of time. The "repsol" fairings on it are ebay crap, which means the bikes been laid down hard enough to destroy the stock ones, once again likely while stunting. While the other one is a stock bike.
So, one that has been ridden hard, operated on by god knows whom, mismatched ebay fairings and a stunt cage you'll need to remove if you ever want to lean hard into a corner with it and the wrong mileage on tach, and the other seems to be a pristine, stock f4i with slightly higher mileage. Doesn't seem like a very hard choice to me, buying the wrecked and rebuilt one would be a mistake.
