Default stupid question

i've been on bike bandit and is there a way to order a whole oem clutch kit? haha i mean i feel stupid but it has all the parts listed with numbers associated but i don't see a full kit price... and i've seen ebc kits that reviews that are great for about 100 bucks. but cant seem to find anywhere to buy the ebc except ebay and i'm not an ebay fan. sorry if this is stupid but i'm about to do some major work on the bike and i need it to be mechanically sound as i have a 100 mile round trip commute that i dont want to break down on because that would really suck sitting on the side of the road...

Is it slipping now, how many miles are on the bike? You can get them from other places like motorcycle superstore, or just get all the parts from honda and use oem.

it is slipping around the 9k mark. some background i don't beat on the bike it just turned 15,000 miles. i'm the second owner all the fluids have been changed except the coolant. i'm planning on doing the timing tensioner, chain and sprocket set, clutch, fairings and paint (the first owner dropped it and it has crap fairings on it and a dent in the tank) and spark plugs. those are just the majors i need to do. i want to keep this bike just as basic mechanically as i can just make it pretty. i've had sports cars with major mods and i've learned that the more you mess with something mechanically the more it breaks. i'm new to bikes. i'm more of the commuter with a nice and easy cruise with friends, every once in a while i'll shoot the moon on the turnpike but other then that i stick close to the speed limits and just enjoy the ride. but i have a 2 1/2 week old daughter so money is tight thats why i asked about the ebc clutch kits...
thanks, Cliff

The standard/cheaper kits just have the friction plates, if you just get new friction plates from honda the price is pretty much the same. From what I've read the oem parts are better quality, so that is what I would go with.
