stupid stupid question !!!

when i painted my bike i took off the "off", "res", and the "on" decals for the fuel petcock does anyone know what positions the "on" "off" and the "res" are? .......................... did that make any scence?

Is Off in the center, Res at the top, and ON at the bottom?

Don't worry, while I had my plastics off I changed out my R/R and had the same problem when I went to start the bike...I wasn't even brave enough to post the question though...I found a pic.
