Short shifting can cause small problems like little weird noises and feeling like there is a problem. When I first hoped on a 600, I did that and thought the bike wasn't running right.
But if it is a metal something rattling, then rattling noise will increase as the bike goes faster.

When you do this, pay attention to RPMs, and feel/ listen to what the bike is doing.
And get it on camera again.

Thank you for the kindly reply, I'll check it later and see whats going wrong if the noise get worst.

anyone have other opinions ?
Sounded like metal clattering to me in the top end. If you pull the cover I bet you find bits to be rolling around.
I wouldn't be riding it around like that unless you have lots of money to waste.
