Default Spring time around the corner!

well spring in on the corner and riding season is gonna step up for me in a few weeks, Ive already had a few days of riding but bike is still technically winterized. what is everyones normal routine for spring maintenece before getting the bike back in the game. i bought 4 new spark plugs, but just figured i would clean the chian as well as i can, clean the bike, change oil, and change the plugs. Is this all i should be really looking for. The bike only has like 5K on it so i already checked in the manual for other maintenece stuff but everything else seems later on down the road.

Normally I just give it a tune up

Spark Plugs sometimes
Oil and filter
Air filter, unless K&N (just clean and oil)

Just normal maintenance id say

I live in the Seattle area, so it doesn't get cold enough to "winterize" here. I just start the bike at least once a week and let it run for 10 minutes or so and then I take it out whenever there is a dry spot. Keep up on the routine maintenance all year and you won't need to worry about spring tuneups and you shouldn't have to change your plugs ever year... that will get expensive!

I didn't winterize my bike period, I just got it out and ran it for about 10-20 minutes once a week.

It didnt' get cold enough here to really warrant winterizing anyhow, and I plan to move back to Houston so I can ride year-round again.

Alot of times I will start my bike up after a few weeks of not riding. Just to keep the gas running through it.
