After finding out that i was only running on 2 cylinders, i went a head and did the spark plug change myself. COMPLETE SUCCESS!!! The power is back, its no longer smoking on cold starts and runs like a champ. I also put on a brand new fuel pressure regulator, not sure if i really needed to or not. My gas mileage issue seems to be resolved.
