Running rich, running out of options..

If its only on cool mornings, I think its all normal...

Your bike is running on choke, you will get some whiffs of raw fuel.... Again, if you were to go on a long ride, I bet you'd see your mileage in a normal range....

And with 5 mile trips, that's 18-20 times your bike's running and burning a lot of fuel trying to come up to temp while its on the sidestand going nowhere.

Since you already replaced the FPR, I'd be looking into the injectors themselves and see if one is sticking open too much. Ignition would have nothing to do with un-burned fuel making it out the exhaust. You said full exhaust and then you added a k&n- was the bike ever tuned for these mods? Could be part or all of the problem there. I know the k&n for F4i's sucks as it does not have the airflow managment flaps built in like oem, hence why I never installed the one I bought long ago.
unplug your neg on the battery and ur cdi 5 min. Recalibrate your tps sensor (throttle boddy positjon sensor). IF IT DOSENT CHANGE ANYTHING BUY A DIGITAL FUEL OPTIMIZOR AND BEEF IT UP OR LEAN IT OUT ON UR DESIRED AMOUNT. Run some seafoam in your vacume line and half of a bottle in your tank. While you pour it in your vacume line the bike with stall in a few seconds let the bike sit plug ur vacume line back in 5 to 10 mins start it up and just let it idle for 30 seconds then open your crank. Case pour a half a can in there. Id drain ur oil so ur crank has about 1 1/2 qts before u put the seafoam in there.start it back up and get to the road and bang through all gears get on the highway preferabley somewhere u can ride with no lights for 10 miles stra8 in 6th gear. Go to the store and buy iridium spark plugs gap cyli der 2 and 3 a little more then 1 and 4. When u turn the key to start it turn it on and wait 10 seconds before starting it then when u do let it idel dont rev the engin for 2 mins it should be flawless with those steps. And words from the wise its always better to run rich rather then lean toy can warp your heads in less then 1000 miles of riding it
