If its only on cool mornings, I think its all normal...
Your bike is running on choke, you will get some whiffs of raw fuel.... Again, if you were to go on a long ride, I bet you'd see your mileage in a normal range....
And with 5 mile trips, that's 18-20 times your bike's running and burning a lot of fuel trying to come up to temp while its on the sidestand going nowhere.

He already said the bike didn't have this mileage in the beggining, meaning something has broken on the bike.
Since you already replaced the FPR, I'd be looking into the injectors themselves and see if one is sticking open too much. Ignition would have nothing to do with un-burned fuel making it out the exhaust. You said full exhaust and then you added a k&n- was the bike ever tuned for these mods? Could be part or all of the problem there. I know the k&n for F4i's sucks as it does not have the airflow managment flaps built in like oem, hence why I never installed the one I bought long ago.
