A buddy of mine is looking at an '02 F4i, which seems to be in good shape but the high beam switch is essentially destroyed. Supposedly it still works, just needs the plastic part to be replaced. Any thoughts on how difficult that might be?

Used parts on eBay very often, otherwise you can reorder parts from an OEM dealer online for a reasonable price.

Thanks guys. turns out he found an '02 Gixxer 600 for the same price a lot closer, so I guess we're going to get that tomorrow.

It's my fault he's getting a new bike, he's got a ninja 650 and he took one ride on my CBR and decided he needed a 600...
