sit a bucket under the fuel pump, unbolt the main fuel line (its either 14 or 17mm)
the others you just pull off (the other one going into the fuel pump has a clip on it just squeeze that with a pair of pliers)
the F4i doesn't have a petcock so make sure you get all the fuel out of it you can before disconnecting the main hoses
you can pinch the lines to keep fuel from coming out of that end but it'll still come out of the tank so have a bucket underneath and a lot of rags just in case
