Default Rear Seat Storage Conversion?

I haven't been able to find anything but thought I would ask the collective wisdom of the CBRforum.

02 F4i with the split seat. Does anyone make a conversion part which replaces the rear seat with a similar profile (hollow) hard cover which allows for additional storage? I don't ever plan on having a passenger and having a little extra storage at times would be nice. tks

The Targa cowl would give a similar profile as the rear seat. There isn't much space to be gained on the underside but there is a little. I have one & can tell you that it does add a *little* space but not much. Trouble is finding the Targa cowl.

Knowing the name was helpful. Thanks
After looking up the F4i model (and others) they do look great but at new prices I will be patient and search for a used one.

Another option:

The Cycle Guys Online Store

REVIEW: CycleGuys FastPack Tail Bag

Available from CycleGear: Cycle Gear - CYCLE GUYS: FastPack Tail Bag, BLACK

I've seen them in person & they look pretty nice.
