Default Random delay in fuel pump priming

Hi guys

Randomly i have experienced a delay in the fuel pump priming. It varies from 1-5 seconds and once it didn't prime at all before i turned off the ignition and on again.

Does anyone know what's wrong and how to fix it?

Im afraid that it eventually will get worse.

Thanks!

Might be a marginal electrical connection or the battery connection itself, a little bit of corossion can drive you crazy sometimes. Does evertything else turn on immediately?

Dirty contacts in the Engine Stop switch located on the right clip-on are fairly common. When experiencing the problem, see if rocking that switch on and off again affects the problem. If it does, take it apart and clean the contacts.
