Default RE: Question from a new rider

This is my first bike, and it's the one I learned on. I'm only 5 ft tall so I had to have mine lowered. Since doing that I'm not able to corner as deep without hitting the plastics so that sucks but if you don't have to lower yours then you'll be good to go. All in all I'm extremely pleased with the bike, it has great throttle reaction and is forgiving if I rev it up a lot I used to stall the bike a lot at first but once I learned where the "friction zone" is it's great, and like I said the throttle is awesome (not too touchy, but very responsive) I would definitely recomend this bike to new riders. If you're on the short side though maybe try the 600 RR since the ferrings don't bow out where your thighs go, making it easier to touch... just some thoughts

Just to throw in 2 cents, no this is not a good first bike if you are new to riding.
