question on Installing Flushed mount signals
Hey guys, I already did a bunch of stuff to my bike... and I REALLY REALLY REALLY need to take out the stock front signals. just looks plain weird especially at night.
Just wondering how easy/hard it is to install these? They easy to do by myself? Any electrical stuff to be done like splicing wires?
Or should I take it to the shop I go to where they charge $78/hr and they estimated it'll take about an hour or less to do depending on the fit.

RE: question on Installing Flushed mount signals
Its actually not too difficult to do. You want to get the lights that have the three wires for them, otherwise the two wires in the turn signals will be more of a challenge to wire up. I had the ones with two wires and I did'nt like them. You will have to take your front headlight fairing off to work on it and I recommend you just unplug it from the harness, makes it easier to work on. After you have it wired up, you just have to mount the signals where the old ones were. And put it back together.

Diito on the 3-wire type. You'll regret the two-wire type. You can get the stock screw out w/o taking off the front fairing by using a open end wrench and just bending the fairing back a bit. I also went with the regular bulb type (non-LED) to maintain the slow blink.
