Question Hot Bodies Flush Mount Signals + Undertail Question

I have a 2002 Honda CBR600 F4i and have installed the Hotbodies Undertail and Flush Mount signals. I wired them up so they would function as running lights as well, but after a little bit of time, the left signals (front and back) stopped working as running lights. They function fine for signalling to turn by flashing, but nothing else. The right side of the bike has not given me any problems. I've read this post (linked below) about converting to the 2-wire to a 3-wire setup, which I did not put in the diodes.

My first thought was that I blew a fuse, but I'm assuming none of the signals would work if the fuse were blown.

My second (and current) theory is that there is a short or some sort of poor connection somewhere.

Just so we understand you correctly...you did convert to the 3-wire setup? Or you didn't?
