question here about throttle body

Default question here about throttle body

hello my question is when taking off the the gas tankand the hoses. can air go in to the throttle body i had a crack in my line i did replace the hose i was wondering if air could have gotten into the throttlebody sysem i have spark and the plugs seem to be geting gas but still wont start and all the hoses are good but no start any help please

air normally goes through the throttle bodys(thats what they do..they have butterflys in them to regulate the amount of airflow to the engine, which in turn, increases or decreases RPM(along with fuel etc.).
im not sure what "lines" you replaced, but if it was fuel, then it should just purge itself with the pressure of the fuel
