Throttle body question?

This is a 2000 Cbr929rr

I was wondering if there is a vacuum line for these two holes?

That's your wax unit for you cold idle setting. Coolant hoses go to it....

Coolant hoses go to it? I'm still confused about the coolant hoses?? Where is that located?

Yes, coolant hoses. One goes to the thermostat, the other tho the outlet on the block.
