well here is the nearly finished swing arm.... welds have dirty buffing compound in them ans i need to get a touched up around the welds cause of tap lines...

yes i left the axle area stock black due to the lack of being visible and deep grease left in the remaining paint...

masked and painted.....

unwrapped this M-F-er like it was christmas morning as you could imaging every step is exciting.

and here it is

alright HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Anyway been a little bit since my last update. i have steady been working on the bike getting things irons out... going crazy cause i can't get it perfect but, i can get it looking awesome.

so i started cleaning the wheels getting ready for polish and found alot of imperfections... so the reality is i might have to buckle down and repaint them..
i had to deal with a few frame imperfections that will not come out.

it's looking good though
final prep before buff out

polished it up with my new drill still needs a few runs and detailed clean up

alright let the frame assembly begin....re-installed the rear sway arm to the main frame and intalled the rear shock... i will be cleaning up the forks and re-installing them this weekend.
if everything goes according to plan i will be painting the wheels. i sent the rotors out with my brother to see if they could be turned or if they are warped to bad i will be replacing i have a few days to find out...

as stated above i have the crank and rod bearings on the way i have honed the cylinders. recieved my plastigauges to verify clearance. new clutch basket ordered and on the way. have the new crank and pistons on hand assembly gasket kit on the way.
ring compression tool recieved.
so things are moving along trying not to get carried away and not get over bored on cost... still have alot of work ahead of me ...on track and making a little better time than expected.
