Default Pliot Power quick review

Just put on a set of Pilots and love them! Tires lean into corner with you, not against you. Quiet ride. Rubber mix is really soft. Haven't pushed them really hard yet, but I know they're going to be fun Yeah, I know one more +1 for the PP's. Oh well.

there isnt any break in period for tires.....

one lap around a track at medium pace will do to scrub the newness offafter that run them as hard as you want.

I run Pilot Power Streets on the track and they are great and will also last you forever even at race pace.

Yea I didn't neccesarily mean 'break in period' but you answered my question [8D]I ordered 2ct's though but theres not much difference correct? Good to hear they last long too cuz WI sucks for turns so flat spots happen alot.

FYI ,if you have chicken strips on your old tires. The 2ct's are a waste..The softer compound is only on the last 10% of the tires edge...Rest of the tire is regular pilot power.

BEst tires ive found so far.Are the new pilot road 2's..Hard in the middle of commutes and soft on the sides for the twistes.

Pilot powers are an outstanding tire, the only reason you need the 2ct is if you ride real hard on your sides(either through twisties, or on the track). If you do ride hard on the sides then the 2ct is a fantastic tire for the money.
