Not sure what I would recommend is getting a sample and testing it I was considering using this for my tank but opted for the real stuff.

Yes... I had the air covers wrapped on my bike and the AZ sun made it bubble up like crazy. I ended up removing it even though it looked awesome

I used the good 3M stuff also by the way.

hmmm :/ well I'll purchase a sample and see what it can do because it usually doesnt get too hot over here in good ole' Georgia lol.

I ended up getting the real deal a couple of months ago on ebay. Some seller had 10 available and sold out pretty quick. Its pricey at $150 but I love the carbon fiber look.

Sweet ride bro. How easy was the install? I'm pretty sure its more complicated than the vinyl application lol. But well worth it I can imagine.

actually the install was quite simple. remove both fairings and 2 allen head bolts per ram air cover and install in reverse order. The ram air overs were a complete replacement of the originals.

OHHHH You bought them already made with carbon fiber lol I thought you meant you bought actual carbon fiber and laid it on the covers lol my bad.
