Default Off the wall frame slider Question

I took the body off my bike, put it back together and now have no spark. The only thing I did take off was a bent frame slider. Does the bolt that holds it on contact a ground or sensor or something.? I know it sounds stupid, but I cant figure out what else it would be, everything else is normal.
