Default Not Starting Problems

Long story short, my bike won't fire up. It will crank, but never seems to want to fire. It has been to a dealer and diagnosed as the igniter. I got a newer used one that was on a running bike, and still doesn't run. Literally, everything has been checked and still the bike doesn't run.

- New battery
- New plugs
- Coil packs checked
- Wire checked for cracks, etc...
- Newer igniter

It doesn't read any codes and ran previous to having the shift fork, gears, etc... replaced. The bike is getting gas, just not spark for some reason. Apparently is was running for a little while before it went to the dealership, but whenever it sits for any considerable amount of time, it doesn't fire back up. The bike hasn't been tipped over since it has been running, so those sensors that prevent the bike from running because of that haven't been tripped.

Anything that you all can think of?

BTW: This is also my introduction. I'm Justin. Live in Arizona right now, but org. from Colorado. I ride an 02 F4i that doesn't run. I'll get pics up of it, when it's not pissing me off.

I haven't checked it. I was under the impression that the bike pretty much just uses battery power at start up and only uses the charging system above 5k RPMs.

Is there any way the bike could be flooded? It is a long shot, but check the manual for the troubleshooting section, there is a 4 step procedure if it is.

Update: The bike is at another shop to be fixed. The tech. has gone over everything he says and the coil packs arn't getting juice. Anyone think this could be a pinched wire? (The engine has been out recently).
