I recently put back all plastics and gas tank because i just got everything painted. went to start her up and i drained the battery twice trying. i did check the fuel filter and it is fine, perfect flow of gasoline. since it is not the filter, i assume it may be the fuel pump? any ideas?
Brand new paint and the thing decides to not fire up[:@]
any tips let me know asap please!

 

and also does do the 90 hurricanes have a fuel pump relay or is it just a fuse that runs the fuel pump?

yes they have a relay. pull it and jump the relay and see if the pump fires up.
