Default Is this normal? (Pic)

After my accident yesterday, I started to go through the bike with a fine tooth comb. One thing that struck my odd was the rear passenger bracket. Is this normal, or is it bent?

It looks slightly bent... mine did same thing. As long as it doesn't affect the mid-pipe/muffler connection I wouldn't worry about it. It would just be aesthetics, so I replaced mine.

Yea looks bent to me as well. All my brackets were bent when I bought my bike, and since I wanted a cosmetically appealing bike I replaced them. Check out

CheapCycleParts.com for discount OEM parts from honda. Ive seen some good deals there

How did it bend with the exhaust being there? Was the foot peg out when it went down?

I high sided and the bike landed towards the rear, from what I can see. Since the exhaust is mounted to that bracket, it bent.
