Default is this normal?

I have a 2002 f4i, when I first start it and let it warm up then rev it high ,a little white puff of smoke comes out of the exhaust. Other than that the bike doesn't smoke while idling and the bike runs great.

Yes pretty normal, it is just a puff of steam from the cold engine.

If it is pumping out white smoke all the time then it can indicate head gasket problems, this is normally accompanied by a mayonaise type creamy stuff in your oil and on your oil cap/sight glass.

Don't worry about it.

Question about this topic and the head gasket issues brought up;

1) I've noticed that after about a 1k miles since my oil change my oil looks slightly brownish or like coffee, a little creamy. Im worried there might be coolant getting into the oil. Any way to definitely check this? There are no white residue deposits or mayonnaise like gunk but oil looks strange

2) I see a good amount of oil residue around the intake boots for cylinder 1 and 2. Looks like its seeping out from the boot onto the engine block; how is this possible? Common problem?

For 1 you can take a sample of your oil and send it to a lab for oil analysis, a couple that come to mind are blackstone and oil analyzers. For 2 I don't know, hopefully someone else can help you there.
