Thanks guys. I think I may just change the master and keep the rest of the set up after what everyone said. It is mainly street and maybe a track day here and there. I need to change the brakes ASAP, they are bad.
Edit: I just went for the ebay brake pads after looking over the reviews. I need some real bad after getting to school and not liking the way it feels, so the quick fix was the way to go.

IF you swap the master you should get some SS lines. The new MC pushes more pressure and rubber lines will just expand. I'm sure it will be better with the new MC, but you will get better feel with new lines. I have a GSXR MC, so don't limit yourself to Honda parts.

If you're going to change the master & pads, I'd recommend going ahead & changing those lines as well, unless they've just previously been replaced.
