with this said...i prefer pirellis as the tire is neutral and pretty much only does what i say. i don't need tires that fall into turns fast like michellins, dunlops and 2 cts. i don't need tires that need MORE input to steer like bridgestones...i like them just neutral...hence pirellis.
I've never tried Pirellis, but your assertion on Michelins and Bridgestones is spot on. Just replaced my Bridgestones with a pair of Michelin Pilots and leaning is effortless almost too easy compared to what I'm used to.

i was a tire *****...

good to hear on the stradas, i was just too chicken to drag knee on them or the old dunlop road tires.

try them all and when you find one you like...stick with it!

corsas and the track/street (vs. street/track) tires won't last on a liter bike, but on a 600 you'll get more mileage on them.

Actually I got the Metzler M1 Sportecs. Would yal say the M1's are more for track or street? What do yal think about the M1's VS the M3's??

I've heard the M1's wear out faster than M3's so I'm not sure if they are softer or what but that was an improvement of the M3 over the M1.

i think metzler is owned or produced by pirelli
from what I understand from talking to wheelers at deals gap this is correct. I guess the m3's and the corsa III are basically the same tire. He said the softer edge of the corsa is larger then the m3. I rode dunslops then battleax's switched to m3's and flicked it edge to edge in the rain going from wheelers to the gas station made me a believer.
