I went from stock to -1/stock to -1/+2 and love it this way. With a corrected speedo my rpmx1000 matches my mph (6500rpm = 65mph) within a few rpm through the entire gear. I do not like the higher rpm when cruising to/from work, but since nobody makes a replacement 6th gear that will drop e rpm like I had on my Eclipse I just deal with it.

But there is definitely nothing wrong with stock gearing.
