Default LED signal problem...

Just did my LED peg turn signals the other day, but while hooking them up i think i caused more hurt than help. Stupidly, I used the wires from the pegs to test the turn signal wires to find out which wires to connect to. After a while ofnot being able to get them to work,I abandoned the project to come back to later, and now neither of the pegs light up when I hook them up to the right wires ( i found the right ones by testing with a separate LED). Also, none of the dash lights or brake lightswill light up...unless I pull the brake. [sm=WTFsgign.gif]I thought maybe I hooked the wires up wrong but I checked them and they seem to be right. Any ideas about how to fix the lights?? Did I blow all the LEDs in my pegs??

Heres a couple pics to give you an idea of what im workin with:

UPDATE: I found out the LEDs were not blown, the wires were just grounding on eachother somehow...but still have no dash or brake lights until I press the brake. Thoughts?

You are trying the mod that was shone awile back, the same one I am about to try. Do a search and find the original poster and see if you can e-mail him directly

Check all fuses and your grounds, more than likely you blew the leds. It doesn't take much for your Leds to blow. Find a 12v drill and use its battery to check your leds to see if they work but if it worked for awhile and now all of a sudden doesn't the leds are probably gone.
