Default Laptop & Power Commander

Any can teach me how to download an exactly map from my laptop to the power Commander before I fit it in the bike.
Is it possible or it must be connected to the bike´s battery. The PC has a USB cable with it ?

Thanks in advance

I don't think you can, but that brings me to the question of why would you want to?

PowerCommander sends you an adapter so you can hook a 9v battery to it for power (ie, if you don't have a laptop). If you have a laptop though, install your PowerCommander on your bike, turn the key to on (not start obviously), and then upload the map.

Yea, like Wilson said...

Hook the PowerCommander to the bike and Powercommander.com will send you a USB cable to hook to your laptop plus a CD that you need to install on the Laptop. Then you choose from the map that best fits your setup and load it directly to the PC IIIUSB. Its very simple to do.
