Default Idle/starting issue

I have an 02 CBR600F4i. Last night I got off work and the bike started and idled fine. I came to a stop sign and the bike died. I’ve noticed on a cold start, it will start/idle at 1200 RPM, after a little it will go down to 1000 and after that about once every minute it will go down to 800 then jump back up to 1000. When the bike is warm, it won’t start unless I give it some throttle and the only way to keep it alive is if I hold the throttle to keep at least above 800 RPM, if I don’t keep it alive it won’t stay alive and just die on me. It rides like it should but then I come to a stop and it bogs out.

I just changed the oil, problem still persists.
Fuel pump has been replaced, problem still persists.

Thoughts?

Vacuum-leak in intake somewhere. Throws off MAP sensor readings, which sends erroneous data to ECU, which meters incorrect amount of petrol for actual flow conditions.
