Default Help trouble starting

hey guys I have a 2004 F4I and the bike is turning over but will not start. I called my dealer and they said that it might be the fuel Injectors or maybe the spark plugs but im not sure. If it was the fuel injectors what would that mean doing to replace them? Any help is appriciated guys. Thanks in advance.

The same thing happened to me this year and the dealer told me the same thing. It had been a few weeks since I had started her up and someone told me that the fuel might be bad. Who knows how old my fuel was, and I hadn't added any additives to it. Anyway, longstory short... I went to Walmart, bought a syphon (spelling?) kit for like $3, sucked out as much gas from my tank as I could, added some nice fresh new fuel, and she started right up! I would give that a try if the story sounds similar. Good luck.

thanks for the advice I tried that a little while ago and no luck there. I talked to some of my other friends and they said check out the battery and see if that is holding a charge. and if i can get it started then check the stator and rectifier regulator and see if they are charging and converting like they are supposed too.

Yeah, I had to have my battery charged again too. Anyway, hope you get it started.

well when I took the plugs out 3 and 4 had some fuel on them so I was thinking this is bad and wondering if the coil springs were sticking or a stator problem. Talked with the dealer and said maybe the same thing but try replacing the plugs first and when I did it fired right up no problem at all.
