Default Help with lock assembly.

Some d-bag at my apartment building thought it would be a good idea to try and steal my 2004 CBR600F4i, and in the process he completely ruined the entire lock set on my bike. I am ordering part #2 in the assembly shown below, and I need some advice/help getting it installed. Also, if you know a place where I can get some cheap katana blades and ninja training that would be great.

Does anyone have any advice or a place for me to look, or should I leave this to a professional?

Thanks in advance!

That looks like something me, being an unhandyman, would let someone else do for me. Too many small parts and pieces to mess with.

Ninjawise- I would check into the Chuck Norris school for dealing with d-bags.

Good luck!

It is indeed just this part of the diagram:

And it doesn't look too terribly difficult from the pic, and the mechanic at the bike shop by me said it would take him 2-3 hours (which really means 2-3 minutes).
