Has this been CRASHED?

I dropped mine in the garage which left similar marks on the stator cover. FYI, That cover was only 50$ from the dealer and super easy to replace.

definatly not laid down while rideing, i laid mine down at less than 30 mph and had to have the whole rightside redone. looks like it fell over

If it was laid down than the marks would be longer and there would be much more of them

looks very minor, bike was obviously dropped at some point, but very minor, does not look like anything mechanical is messed up, just slight cosmetic damage, what year and what is his asking price? mileage etc?

If you are worried about the bike being crash, there's a couple things you can look at to see if the frame, etc... suffered damage. Just below the lower tripple, look at the fork stops, if they are pushed in, then the bike suffered a moving crash. This bike, based only on the pics you've provided indicate it fell over. Check to see if the lower fairing brackets aren't broken off the engine case (if it's fastened like that).
