Default Has this been CRASHED?

I was planning on buying a bike when I saw these pictures and began to doubt that the bike had never been down... What do you all think? Has the bike been crashed?

The bottom two are from another bike that I know has been crashed.

Looks more like it might have fell over to me. If it was crashed how lucky for the little damage.

IMO looks like the dude fell over. If it was a crash then the momentum of forward motion would of caused those scratches to be longer.

They are just as long but not as deep... You don't think it was just a slower crash..?

I say he fell over. My bike has some scratches like that from a fall over in my neighborhood. It happens. They aren't bad so it was most likely a tip over

It looks like a tipover to me too. I think I see a few pockmarks which indicate to me that sand or gravel was pushed into the metal sidecover, but no sliding occured.

This is speed rash here:

It fell off the rearstand - my wife's F4i did the same thing.

It probably fell over. The plastics look pretty good. How does it run, ride? What is the owner like? Does he own a car and if so is there trash and crap thrown around inside? What's his house or apartment look like? If his car is trashed, he lives like a pig I'd never buy a car or bike from this person. Shxt happens, bikes fall over. I closely examine the person, his character and other posessions when deciding whether to purchase items from that person.

Good luck.

Oh yeah, one thing I don't think anyone asked you. What did the guy tell you when you asked him what happened to the bike?

Hey! I take better care of my vehicles than I do my house!

What about the pegs, brake lever, signal, and mirror...are they scratched, too? I would agree, it looks like it fell on the right side.
