Default Handle bar vibration/wobble

I get a very pronounced vibration at around 55mph that causes my right hand to go numb while riding, the vibration gets continuously worse with speed and at around 100 becomes what I'd consider violent to where it almost feels like a rapid death wobble. This is the first I've ridden it in a year and a half. I recently replaced the fork seals, springs, and some of the bushings. Does this sound like just a tire balance issue or is something else going on here? After not riding it for a year and a half I honestly can't remember if there was any vibration before this.

Last time I had the front tire changed the shop said it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to replace the front wheel bearing with the next tire change. Would a bad wheel bearing cause this sort of vibration? Other than that the bike rides and handles fine, but I know something is wrong for it to be shaking that bad or making my hand go numb in general. Thank you for any input, she's going to be garaged until I can get this can of worms sorted. Oh and it just rolled over to 22k miles after my last 3 shake down rides.

Definitely could be a wheel bearing. Could be the tire or a balance issue but usually a balance issue will have a sweet spot where it's at its worst and be fine on either side of that. Wheel bearing usually gets worse with speed or load.

Flat spot in tire and/or wheel bearing since they already told you its going bad.

Thank you gentleman, I was going to take the wheel to the shop regardless but I figured I'd pick someone's brain here first.
