Got new chain and sprockets, but now something is screwed
I orded the following from sprocketcenter.com
D.I.D. 525VM2 Chain & Steel Sprocket Kit - HONDA CBR 600F4i/600RR
15 front, 46 rear
I got it installed at a local shop, and drove it home. I noticed the chain was pretty loose (slackers at the shop?) so I tightened it.
Riding around now I get vibrations and some noise coming from the back end, like something is out of alignment.
I tried adjusting my rear tire every which way, even taking it completely off then putting it back on. No luck.
WTF
Now it annoys the hell out of me when I am riding. What could possibly cause this?
I think it must be either a defective chain/socket set or the shop messed something up.. It's been about two weeks since I got it done so I am thinking it won't fix itself.
I may have to take it back to the shop but I want to see if anyone has any ideas

RE: Got new chain and sprockets, but now something is screwed
Hmmm...if you paid a shop to do it. Take it back and have them fix it. It sounds like the rear wheel alignment is off, probably not alot maybe just one or two degrees is all. I would also be sure to lube your chain really good too. I changed my sprockets myself, but I also had a second person helping me put my tire and chain back on. Sometimes if you do it yourself you may miss something that someone else may see. The chain should have some slack in it, I think like 3/4 of an inch. Its printed on your chain guard. Good luck.

what do you consider pretty loose?
it was not having these issues before you tightened the chain?

I didn't notice it before I tightened it, but I only rode it home form the shop and wasn't paying attention to it. So it may or may not have been, I don't know.
I tried loosening the chain like it was, but it didn't fix it.
