So my bike fan has not been working at all and kept blowing fuses. After some investigating I found out that some little pieces of asphalt got stuck in the housing and prevented the fan from spinning. I cleaned out all the debris, gave the fan a few spins, and threw in a new fuse. Now once the temp hits 225 the fan comes on and works perfectly! So if your fan is not working check to see that the fan can spin freely.
