Default Gear problem

Hi,

I am worry about the clutch. When I accelerate hard on first and go 2nd, it doesn't seems to want to engage. Quit often I end up in neutral.

Also when I down gear from 2nd to neutral at around 60km or more, and than when I try to get to 2nd or 1st I will grind the gear. I will have to wait till it slows down before I can get out of neutral.

Basically if I am going hard and want to switch from 1st - 2nd or 2nd to 1st it doesn't want to cooperate.

I hope this is make sense. Please advise. Thanks

I found that just changing the oil with a decent oil made changing gears much smoother for some reason. Maybe in my mind but certainly felt a difference

+1 for changing oil. I used to feel strong kick when I advanced to 2nd gear. Right after I changed my oil, it went smooth

Well I hope it is "normal". I will been trying to remind myself to make sure I give it a good kick when i up or down shift out of 1st and 2nd. And try not to shift down 2 far.

Recently I been rev matching, and it kind of help the problem 2. THanks guys. At least other have same problem... sort of makes it feel better. Safe riding!!
