wow i learned something new.

 

A Full tank is defined as fuel that is making contact with the filler neck... although I always put more in to the point where it overflows. Won't hurt it...

 

I also fill up to the little metal bar that's right by the opening in the tank. When I filled up last time when my fuel bar was down to only two blocks blinking (as in, past four blocks blinking), I put in around 4.1 gallons.

 

Not true, I say it has 8 and im on an '01. My cousin's also went 8 and his was a '02. I tried to get a vid but i kept having to stop and go in between, and for some reason it kept resetting. Im starting to think the reserve is nothing more than a switch and a timer. If thats the case then sloshing would make the switch reset which would reset the counter. Im looking at the wiring diagrams now to figure it out.

 

this is worthless... when reserve comes on just assume you have 40 miles left and go fill up.
