Finally Got Exhaust - D&D
I finally bought exhaust for my F4i. I found a good deal on eBay, $100 for a used D&D, the seller said it only has 500 miles on it, but I doubt that as there is quite a few scratches on it. The scratches don't look to be from it being laid down as there is no dents in the canister, it looks like it was just thrown in a box full of other stuff. But anyway, for $100, I can't complain.

That sounds like it needs to be repacked. That buzz when revving it is just plain annoying to other riders around you, not to mention it gets hella old when cruising on the hwy.
I run a D&D on my f4, and it's not nearly that raspy.

I think it looks good man. Like brveagle said, maybe a re-packing is in order. Clean bike. I used to have that same color scheme before I wrecked it. And if you want to take those reflector holders off the tail just take a small drill bit to the rivets on the underside.

Yeah, it really isn't that raspy in person. The video was shot with my point-and-shoot camera, so the sound quality is a little lacking.
Thanks for the tip DBEAU, I was wanting to take those out and wondered if I could drill them out.

Repack it, and if you're feeling adventurous, shorten it some. It will help the sound. D&D is kind of known for having one of the crappier sounding exhausts for the F4i. But for the price, can't complain.
