if you're injectors were bad, you would most likely get some FI codes for them. Do you hear the fuel pump priming when you turn on your bike? sounds like eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

did you clear your FI codes and receive new ones?

Did you double check the Ignition Pulse Generator, like in those pictures?

Have you tried seafoam yet, maybe your injectors are just dirty.

the fuel pump turns on when I flip the ignition switch.so that works, I plan to clear the codes today, however I need to kno where the service connenctor is. Also I checked it, but I was in a hurry, today I will go over it good. I did try seafoam, but my injectors aren't firing.

I cleared the codes, and once I turn the switch on the fi light stays on until the fuel pump is done priming, then it blinks 9 times. Exact same as before. I checked the ignition pulse generator, and it was like .4 or something? I think the paper said it needed to be .7...... Could that be the problem? Im really not a mechanic at all. I am willing to try everythng you guys tel me, but so far my bike is still not running. Any more ideas?

Go to a auto parts store and pick up a noid light to test the injector pulse. They are cheap and are a easy way to test for injector pulse. If it blinks when you crank the motor, your signals are good.

I got one, where the injector plug into have two little female plug ins, I put red wire in one hole connection and the negative in the other. No pulsing light or any light. Also switched the black and red to see if that made a difference but no difference.

No flash while cranking means no signal to fire them. You have power, just no ground signal. Start tracing the ground circuit. One dirty, loose, or disconnected wire can do this if it happens to be the one for the ecu and fuel injection. You have spark still, right?

each pink wire at the ecu goes to an injector (tracer color corresponding).
green/pink goes to the ecu ground.

Check continuity from the ecu plug to the injector. make sure the big harness connector isnt burned inside.
Check continuity for ecu ground to ground. probably good if you have spark, but check anyway. it's the ground on the frame with lots of wires connected together.

It's looking more and more like a bad ecu.... I hope you find a bad wire.

That may be a good thing. If that ecu ground is good, look at the pulse generator and cam sensor. They are what tells the ecu when to send the pulse signal...
