Might be time to check / change plugs. Also verify your hoses are connected and there's no fuel blockages (fuel filter, run some injector cleaner)

Adjust your idle. Idle should be around 1250 rpm when warm. Lotta people adjust the idle when cold thinking it's too high and cause the rpms to tank when she warms up.

Pull your plugs. Note their condition before doing anything (maybe take several pics of them and post them here). Then clean them up and check the gap on them. Put them back in and see how she starts then. If she improves, go buy new plugs.
My only question is: how serious of a concern is this for you? If the bike runs fine otherwise, is this a case of OCD? OCD + motorcycle = bad. You're likely not a serious racer where ever single rpm counts. If you're tinkering simply because you don't feel right unless everything is perfect

- You're in for a lifetime of frustration cause the bike will never run perfect
- You're just as likely to mess something up as you are of fixing it
