The idle will go up but, I can't seem to make it go down. The bike idles at around 1700-1900k. Any ideas? I'm thinking the idle ****/line maybe not fully inserted but I never tried since the rpms go up I figured it was on correctly.

 

Make sure your throttle cables aren't too tight or misadjusted. If they're too tight or something is funky it will put pressure on the assembly and it might not return to the bottom position.
